Our turn-around time from order placement to package shipped is quick! Please double check your address at time of purchase to ensure it is correct. If you need to make changes, we will only accept them 30 minutes past time of order. If the package has already been shipped by the time you message us, we will be unable to fix the error until the package is returned to sender. The label will then have to be re-purchased by buyer (Winslow Naturals is not responsible for the cost of re-shipping (before the order is sent back out.
Have you checked with your neighbors for the possibility USPS incorrectly delivered it to the wrong address? Do you have doormen that potentially held it or a front desk? Please check all possible delivery spaces before contacting us.
If tracking does not show the item as successfully delivered, we reserve the right to refund or replace purchased items. However, if tracking shows as delivered, a refund or replacement will not be available.
Winslow Naturals is not responsible for lost mail, but we will do everything we can to resolve the issue.
