TIKTOK LIVE SALES — PLATFORM TERMS & DISCLOSURES
PAYMENT INTEGRITY & DISPUTES
Payments for Winslow Naturals Live Sales are processed through PayPal or PayPal-supported payment services.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
• All sales are final once invoiced and paid
• Delivery confirmation, tracking records, livestream claim documentation, and invoice records may be used to verify successful fulfillment
• In the event of a payment dispute, Winslow Naturals reserves the right to submit all relevant transaction evidence in accordance with PayPal Seller Protection policies
Customers are encouraged to contact Winslow Naturals directly prior to initiating any payment dispute so that we may resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
AVAILABILITY & PARTICIPATION
Participation in Live Sales is a privilege, not a guarantee.
Winslow Naturals reserves the right to limit or revoke access to Live Sales at its discretion, including in instances of policy violations, disruptive conduct, or platform-related issues.
Product availability is limited and not guaranteed until an invoice is successfully paid.
PLATFORM FUNCTIONALITY & CLAIM DETERMINATION
Due to the nature of live-streamed commerce:
• Comment order may vary between viewers
• Comments may be delayed, filtered, or removed by platform moderation
• Internet connectivity, device type, and platform performance may affect visibility
The first valid claim is determined solely by what appears on Winslow Naturals’ screen at the time of the claim. This determination is final and made in good faith to ensure fairness for all participants.
Winslow Naturals cannot be held responsible for missed claims resulting from platform lag, comment filtering, or technical interruptions beyond our control.
Winslow Naturals Live Sales are hosted via third-party platforms, including TikTok Live. Winslow Naturals is an independent business
and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by TikTok.

By participating in a Winslow Naturals Live Sale, you acknowledge and agree that all transactions are conducted directly with Winslow Naturals, and not with TikTok.
Eligibility
Participation is limited to individuals eighteen (18) years of age or older. Underage participation results in forfeiture of claimed items and permanent removal from Live Sales.

Winslow Naturals is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by TikTok. TikTok bears no responsibility for transactions, fulfillment, moderation actions, outages, or livestream interruptions.
Claims & Availability
Claim determination is based solely on what appears on the Winslow Naturals screen at the time of the claim due to platform limitations. All determinations are final. Items are not secured until invoice payment is completed.
Payment & Final Sale Policy
All Live Sale purchases are final sale. Invoices must be paid within twenty-four (24) hours. Unpaid invoices are canceled and items returned to inventory. Failure to remit payment or communicate may result in permanent removal from Live Sales.
Shipping & Processing
Orders ship the following week, Monday through Friday. Processing times may vary due to order volume, customization, holidays, or carrier delays. Liability is limited to the purchase price of the item(s).
Payment Disputes & Seller Protection
Payments are processed through PayPal or PayPal-supported services. Winslow Naturals may submit invoices, tracking records, livestream documentation, and correspondence to resolve disputes in accordance with payment processor policies.
Conduct & Intellectual Property
All livestream content, branding, product names, and pricing structures are the intellectual property of Winslow Naturals. Solicitation or participation by competing businesses is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability & Acceptance
Winslow Naturals is not liable for platform issues, moderation actions, or carrier delays. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms, which may be updated at any time.
